Gentrification and African Presence in Peckham (GAPP™) walking tour highlights the spaces occupied by the Caribbean community, 1960 – 1990. The pinnacle of the walking tour contextualises the significant educational, recreational and cultural spaces which shaped Peckham’s social, cultural, political and economic history over a defined period. Each Caribbean heritage landmark illuminates the entwined history and impact on the economic, social and cultural capital of Peckham.

The GAPP™ walk is conducted by founder and CEO Dr Charmaine Brown and lasts for about 1.5 hours.
